Lance Camper Corp. offers a line of small-to-medium size ultralight travel trailers; luxury combined with functionality and economy makes these units a popular choice among customers....
Lance Camper Manufacturing Corporation recently celebrated its 50th anniversary.
For long known as the leading manufacturer of truck campers, in 2009 the company expanded its product offer by introducing the line of ultra-lite travel trailers.
Today it includes 9 models ranging in length from 14’10” (smallest model and newest member of the family) to 21’2” (largest camper).
Lance travel trailers are built not only to provide the fuel economy (lightweight construction), necessary comfort (well-designed luxurious yet practical interior) but also to last!
Trailer’s chassis is made from powder-coated tempered steel connected together with Huck bolts eliminating rust-prone welds. Similarly, aluminum superstructure is kept together by stainless-steel fasteners. Azdel composite panels replaced rot and mold -prone wood from the walls while Lite-ply panels for interior construction. The roof is covered with a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane making it durable, economic and energy- saving (UV-reflecting surface). Blocks of foam together with Azdel panels offers superior thermal insulation. And finally, the high quality laminated exterior fiberglass panels guarantee not only outstanding visual affect but also years of trouble-free service.
Lance 1475 Travel Trailer
The 1475 and 1575 Lance’s travel trailers are the two smallest models of campers with the floor lengths correspondingly 14’10” and 15’9”. However, despite such small difference in dimensions, these two models have completely different interior layout thanks to the slide-out module in longer one.

The Lance 1475 is an example of camper designed based on customers inputs. One of the results of this approach is no dinette as many customers expressed a wish to eat either outside or when sitting comfortably in the lounge chairs! Another wish was to have a decent size bath – and when you put that all on the 14ft floor, obviously you have to make some “tough” choices. But from looking at the layout and attached pictures, it is clear, that despite the very small size (and benefits coming with it), the Lance 1475 Travel Trailers makes a “mini-home” with warmness and comfort you would like to experience when on the road.

The model 1575, thanks to the slide-out unit is roomier despite the fact that its floor’s length is just less than one foot longer. The “Supper-slide” dinette does not contribute much to the weight of the trailer (dry weight 2,655 lbs), but substantially increases the living comfort and space. It also provides an additional sleeping place for 2.
