Extreme Tears XTR classic and off-road travel trailers are offered in 4 series: Limited (entry level), Weekender (best value), Overland (top seller) and Extreme (fully loaded models)….

We are continuing the presentation of Extreme Tears XTR Travel trailers from the --> PREVIOUS page, where you will find descriptions, design strong and weak points as well as several pictures.

One thing we forgot to mention previously - all XTR campers come in black color as standard exterior finish. However customers can select their favorable color from the “basket” of almost 50 available (although such “luxury” may come at an extra cost).

Specifications (Overland model 5 x 10)

XTR Travel Trailer: Front is fully protected by the rock-guard (aluminum Diamond plate). Note the large rack and storage box on the A-Frame. The box is designed to house two 12V batteries

Construction

• Frame: 3x2 & 2x2 fully-primed 11-gauge steel tube w/black-raptor bedliner coating
• Body: 7-ply ¾’ Birch (side walls and floor) covered by 40 mils aluminum sheets (side walls and top)
• Insulation: 1.5” (roof, front and sides)
• Interior finish: Polyurethane
• Protection: Aluminum Diamond-plate stone guard
• Suspension: Independent Torflex w/EZ-Lube hubs
• Wheels: 15” Black Mode rims with 30x9.5x15 Firestone Destination AT tires
• Coupler: 2” 
• Exterior finish: Standard Black (optionally about 50 colors are available)

Standard Features (Series Overland)

Star Gazer window comes as standard, however the headboard with very useful shelf all across the width of the camper and storage compartment behind the sliding doors is optional for Overland models.

Interior features

• Tri-fold queen-size Millard mattress (fold into couch)
• Star-gazer window
• Window blinds
• 2 Vents (side walls)

Galley

• Rear galley w/hatch lift assisted by gas struts
• Stainless-steel countertop
• Cabinets (one with pass-through access)

Deluxe galley seems to be a "not-to-miss" options

Under the counter-top you will find water tank, water pump and 1500W Inverter (black module with a blue sticker on it)

Deluxe Galley: TV can be rotated 360 degrees so it can be watched from the outside and inside. The compartment on the right has pass-through access.

• 12V Power Package (12V deep cycle battery, 2 LED dome lights, 3-way power outlet, 12V cigarette outlets, USB ports, battery monitor))
• 1500W Power Inverter
• 50W solar power w/battery tender
• 12V 3-speeds Fantastic Fan
• Climate Control Installation Kit (prep for CR500ACH AC unit/Heat/Dehumidifier includes in/out vents and electrical installation). Note (The kit does not include the unit itself)

• Deluxe Entertainment Package (15” TV on 360 degrees rotating mount, AM/FM/DVD/CD/MP3 Stereo with int/ext speakers (requires deluxe cabinets)

Solar Panel feeds the battery "hidden" in the tongue-mounted box.
